Tahir Jamil specializes in International Politics and American Studies and is currently serving as a lecturer in the Department of History G.C. University Lahore. He also works as an associate editor of the “Historian” a biannual research journal. Tahir completed M. Phil. in American Studies in 2001 from the Area Study Centre for North & South America and Africa, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. The title of his M. Phil. dissertation was “Issue of Women Rights in the United States: A Case Study of Abortion” supervised by Dr. Rasul Bakhsh Rais. Tahir has remained a Fulbright Scholar and attended “American Summer Institute on American Politics and Political Thoughts” University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2005. During this time period, Tahir also gave lectures at the University and five other cities of USA. In previous capacities, Tahir has served Pakistan Air Force as Directing Staff and Research Assistant at the Council of Social Sciences Islamabad.

MA in Mass Communications has over 8 years of accomplishments in development and media sectors through proposal development, project coordination and management, IEC material development, and training. Afifa is currently the Program Manager of Interactive Resource Center (IRC) Lahore, a non-government organization promoting social development through media. She has previously worked with Commissions for Human Development (CCHD) and The Daily News International and partnered with various international agencies including UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, UNODC, EU, Save the Children – UK, IFES, CIDA-PIF, CDSP, Funds for Global Human Rights and national Endowment for Democracy, GTZ, GEP-DFID, etc.

Tahir Sadiq did his Master in Development Economics from The University of Manchester, UK and Master in Economics and Finance from Lahore School of Economics. He is currently providing his services as Assistant Professor of Economics and Statistics at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore. He has done several projects in specialized areas of economics during his course of studies. He is also providing technical assistance to three National NGO’s i.e. Alzheimers’ Pakistan, Thalassaemia Society of Pakistan and Jahandad Society for Community Development. Tahir has made valuable contributions in some of Development Pool’s projects.

Emad ud din Malik has 8 years of diverse professional working experience of serving Human resource, Information technology companies, Banking, and Health care. The specialized areas are Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Business Process Management and Optimization, Key Turn Project Evaluation and Management, and IT Infrastructure Planning and Implementation. A proven presales consultant with hands on corporate support experience in infrastructure planning and implementation, networks, databases and project evaluation for local and international clients including Askari Bank, Bank of America, HBL UAE, Align Tec Inc. California USA, ONE NET, and a few in Arizona USA. Emad has double masters in Computer Science and Business Administration and now pursuing an M Phil leading to Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.

Fahad Hassan is an expert in human resource management, trainings and organizational design. He has provided consultancy services to several companies such as Naveena Textiles, Libaas Textiles, National Vocational and Technical Educational Commission (NAVTEC), and PEL Electronics. Fahad teaches Human Resource Management at COMSATS Institute of Technology, Lahore, where he also performs additional duties as in charge of career development cell. Fahad is professionally associated with HR Forum Pakistan and Management Association of Pakistan. He has received a research award by Higher Education Commission on “Relationship between organizational culture and organizational productivity.” Fahad received his MPA degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Punjab

Tahir is Assistant Professor of Statistics, Forman Christian College University Lahore and provides consultancy on Survey Research projects. He contributes to Development Pool as an expert of Data Processing & Analysis, Questionnaire Development, Report Writing, Organizing Focus groups, Research Proposals and writing specs in SPSS. He has 7 years extensive experience of Survey Research having a competitive edge in media studies. He has been Research Executive in GALLUP/BRB (Affiliated with Gallup International) and Statistical Analyst with AKIDA Management Consultants. He has been engaged in different survey research projects of national and International organizations like World Bank, TNS, ILO, WHO, UNICEF, PPAF, PEMRA, Century publications, PIA and Mobilink. He is M. Phil and M.Sc. in Statistics from GC University Lahore and awarded Role of Honor by GC University Lahore. He has developed and presented several faculty development workshops for reputed institutions of Lahore like FCC, GCU and UMT.
